I will send an invoice for the payment, in which 50% must be received as a deposit before I will start the commission. Some exceptions can be discussed. Payment will be through PayPal invoice.

All prices are only approximations and are subject to change depending on complexity of the commission. Adjustments and editing fees are included in the final price.

Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. If throughout the process, either you or I agree that we are not the right fit for each other and cancel the commission, 95% of the full price may be refunded. The remaining 5% will be used to cover PayPal fees.

The finished Commission will be a full resolution digital file. I only take traditional commissions when tabling at conventions.

I have the right to accept or decline a commission for any reason.

Depending on my schedule and waitlist, commissions may take anywhere from a week to several months. If you need your commission pushed up to the top of the waitlist, a 20% fee will be added to the total price.

Commissions are for personal use only. If the commission is intended for commercial use, and discussed beforehand, there will be an added fee up to double the final price.

Please do not claim the artwork as your own or add your own watermark.
